1) ENTRIES: Fees are the same per division $25 admin fee, plus $3.50 drug
fee, plus $20 per class. Entries can include only dressage and only stadium or
both and can include multiple tests in either or both. Cheques made payable to
Foshay South Eventing Inc. Credit cards accepted with $3 admin fee. Withdrawal
refunds: Before CD, less $30 administration fee. After CD, with vet or doctor’s
certificate, less $30 administration fee. PE – P riders need only purchase a
bronze Equine Canada Sport License ($25) plus NBEA and HTNB
memberships. All entries must include a photocopy of memberships and
negative coggins.
2) TIME SCHEDULE: Jun 30 8:30am – Dressage; 12:00 noon – stadium
jumping. Check website or FB page for details. Start times available online Jun
27 at www.foshaysoutheventing.ca
3) OFFICIALS: Stadium Jumping design: Rob Stevenson Judges: Dressage
Alison Gallagher; Jumper: Marilyn Lacey; Ground Jury: Marilyn Lacey.
4) STABLING: $30/stall. Limited stabling on grounds. Initial shavings
supplied.. Priority to out-of-province riders. To secure stall you must pay by June 10.
5) DRESSAGE: OP – 2011 P Division Test #1 OT –2011 T Division Test #1;
OPT – 2011 PT Division Test #1; OE – 2011 Entry Division Test #1 Arena: 20
x 60m for P and T and 20 x 40 for PT and E. Sand rings.

6) AWARDS: Ribbons to 5th. Various prizes awarded.
7) ACCOMMODATIONS: Hampton B&B 506-832-0993; Amsterdam Inn Sussex

8) DIRECTIONS: From Saint John take Hampton exit and go right on the Hall
Road. From Sussex take the Hampton exit and go left on the Hall Road. Go 2.5
Km’s and turn right onto Kelly Street (right turn only bank of mailboxes at the
junction). Go ½ km turn left onto Alison Street. Go 50 yards turn right onto
Gallagher Road. Address is 221 Gallagher Road Lakeside NB E5N 7K2.
9) OTHER INFORMATION: Medical on grounds for jumping phases.
Refreshments available on grounds and in town of Hampton.
